The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the sales operations team and is in charge as the team lead directs the team to build relationships with new clients with particular emphasis on contact with prospective clients, offering them guidance while assessing their needs and making sure they can be met. Accounts are US advertisers that are advertising in Japan. 


  • Individually prospect, pitch, and close the deal with enthusiasm to build a new network and introduce KKBC product and service 
  • Responsible for project renewals, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Identify or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Examines potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial data.
  • Increase the value of existing clients while attracting and retaining new clients.
  • With appropriate direction and supervision, Digital Marketing Sales Manager is to handle the day-to-day mechanics of his/her account (to the degree s/he has sufficient experience,) i.e.:
  1.  Drafting and reviewing contracts, business plans, and proposals
  2.  Schedule prospect meetings and planning sessions
  3.  Provide all existing materials to be used
  4.  Maintain tracking reports on meetings for prospects and internal files
  5.  Conduct preliminary research required for the solicitation stage
  6.  Prepare and Circulate Periodic New Business Status Reports
  • Direct and manage the sales operations team on a daily basis and participate in client meetings and create a proposal

Basic Requirements: 

  • Must possess business level English, TOEIC 600+ or equivalent certification(s) is a plus
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 5+ years of working experience in a Digital Marketing Agency/Media Agency and related field
  • Minimum age 35 y.o
  • Experience selling Digital Marketing products or services (Paid Ads/Search, Social Media Ads, Display Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, etc)
  • Experience in an international working environment is a plus
  • Experience in an B2B Digital Marketing/Marketing agency is a must
  • Commitment to personal and team development

  • Pay close attention to detail and highly organized
