Summary:

The Japanese Speaker Media Administration assists the Media Manager in all phases of day-to-day operating responsibilities with particular emphasis on proper scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping of the account. Accounts are US advertisers that are advertising in Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc campaign performance reports and ensure they are distributed to the clients within the agreed schedule
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written form to clients
  • Report on insights obtained, which might be utilized to inform campaign strategies
  • Learn and understand the basic ad formulas (how to calculate CTR, CPM, CPC, etc.)
  • Manages the project for report creation
  • Learn about the characteristics of each campaign. (EDM, Content syndication, Display ads, etc.)
  • Think of insights that clients will be satisfied with. For that, the analytical ability is required
  • Understand the Japanese report from the media and include it in appropriate English

Basic Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Must possess business level Japanese, JLPT N1/N2/N3 (verbal and written).
  • Must possess business-level English, TOEIC 600+ or equivalent is a plus
  • Interest in advertising and analysis
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow
  • Experience in an international working environment is a plus
