Digital Marketing Project Delivery Specialist

This position oversees the management of all digital marketing products delivered directly to clients, accountable for the relationship with the Accounts team, including overall satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end digital marketing (SEO, Paid Media Ads, PPC, Email Marketing, Content Marketing) project management
  • Work with the operation team to ensure that all projects are on schedule
  • Review and monitor all ongoing projects on a daily basis
  • Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
  • Setting and managing timelines for deliverables. Ensuring quality standards are met
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Creating a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working culture
  • Managing a cross-disciplinary team
  • Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances
  • Encouraging regular iteration of deliverables


  • Excellent in understanding analytics and strong in attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral are a must
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in any field
  • At least minimum 3-5 years of working experience in digital marketing as a Project Manager/Delivery Project Manager and Client Servicing
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of different types of ad metrics/KPIs
  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing products such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, CRM, and Automation Mail is a plus
  • Working experience in a digital marketing agency is a must
  • Experience in handling B2B ads campaigns is a must
  • Interest in innovation
