Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Complete management of performance-focused, digital paid advertising campaigns against defined success metrics
  • Assisting in planning, implementing, optimizing, and performing analysis of digital paid advertising campaigns
  • Cover one or more digital advertising disciplines including;
    • paid social – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
    • paid search (PPC) – Google Ads, Yahoo Japan Ads, Bing Ads
    • programmatic display – Google Display Ads, DV360
  • Assigning and briefing digital marketing campaigns. Following up to make sure work is on schedule and on track
  • Managing all digital marketing campaigns
  • Handling digital marketing requests from other sections of the company
  • Supervising and assisting the Digital Marketing team in: Social Media Ads, Google Ads and Keyword Research, SEO, Marketing Automation (Hubspot & Marketo)
  • Prioritizing tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines and handling the daily workload
  • Assisting in preparing campaign reports, spending, and performance tracking
  • Managing Digital Marketing team with a focus on the development and education of team members
  • Demonstrating a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Stay current with all digital advertising industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Business-level or fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
  • At least 6 years of working experience in Manager role
  • Experience in an agency is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Applications, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related major is a plus
  • Willing to possess advertising certifications, i.e. Google Advertising Certification, Google DV360 Certification, Google Analytic DV 360 Certification, Google Search Certification
  • Strong and interested in advertising and analysis background
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • Commitment to personal and team development
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

Successful candidates are:

  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and tech-savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Pay close attention to detail and highly organized
