Creative Operations Supervisor

Project Management: Assigning and briefing creatives on projects. Following up to make sure work is on schedule and on track.
Managing all creative projects.
Acting as a concierge to the Creative team. Assist all in finding resources to get projects done.
Supervising and assisting the Creative team in the three main areas of our creative production:
Digital Ads: Still and animated ads
Video Production: Animation and live videos
Translation management: Management of translation activities
Web production: Landing pages and websites
Prioritizing tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines and handling the daily workload.
Setting up workflows to facilitate new creatives and freelancers to agency procedures (how to get things done in the agency).
Researching and proposing to Management streamlined and cost-effective, creative processes, resources, and technology.

Business-level or fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Designer, Marketing, Advertising, or a related major is a plus
Must maintain a home office with high-speed internet & high-speed computer
Interest in advertising and digital creative
Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
Commitment to personal development
Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
