Summary

Working in unison with the client’s marketing team, we provide marketing support in the B2B industry (advertising, events, and other marketing-related projects) in order to achieve the client’s goals.

Main duties include project management (meetings, progress management, budget management, timeline management, submission of deliverables, etc.) and plan proposals in response to client requests (listening to client requests, listening to internal operations teams, etc.) while communicating with the client’s marketers and the internal operations team. The client’s request may include hearing the client’s request, introducing the internal operations team’s proposal to the client, and so on. Main clients are chinese subsidiaries of foreign companies (tech companies).

The main client is a Chinese subsidiary of a foreign company (Tech Company).

Responsibilities
  • Client meeting management
  • Project management: schedule, budget, quality control of deliverables, etc.
  • Presentations to clients (support until you get used to it)
  • Translation of documents and preparation of materials
  • Client e-mail correspondence
  • General work related to the above
Basic Requirements
  • Native chinese speaker
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • English skills at a daily conversational level or above
  • Basic computer skills (able to create documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint without problems)
Successfull Candidates are:
  • Able to take initiative in a team environment.
  • Marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new knowledge
  • Team player.
  • Able to communicate with multinational colleagues.
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with online tools such as Zoom, Microsoft teams, Slack, etc.
  • Experience working for an overseas company or an overseas division of a Chinese company is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of industry experience is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with multitasking.
