Summary:

The creative project manager is responsible for delivering high-quality campaigns and assets for our clients. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire creativity while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Creative Development:
    1. Oversee the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring that all visual campaigns are compelling, innovative, and aligned with client objectives.
    2. Set the creative direction for projects, guiding the team in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
  • Collaboration:
    1. Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
    2. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that creative initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and timelines..
  • Mentorship and Team Management:
    1. Provide guidance and support to junior designers and creatives, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
    2. Establish a constructive feedback loop, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creative experimentation.
  • Brand Development:
    1. Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    2. Lead efforts in brand positioning and development, creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strategic Planning:
    1. Analyze market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance to inform creative strategy and identify areas for improvement.
    2. Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term creative strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance:
    1. Ensure that all creative outputs meet high standards of quality and align with brand standards before delivery to clients.
  • Budget Management:
    1. Manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining financial oversight.
    2. Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Innovation and Trends:

Basic requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a significant portion in management roles within high-quality marketing agencies.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an agency or in-house team.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Successful candidates are:

  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and tech-savvy
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Pay close attention to detail and highly organized
